Our nursery is a family run business which was established in 1984 and is set in 7 acres of land in the rural countryside area of Rough Close; from 1984 the nursery occupied the ground floor of the building and in 2005 was renovated and developed to occupy both the ground and first floor of the building. Full time and part time care provision is available for children aged from 3 months to 5 years including school run and school club.
Given our setting and resources Windmill Hill can offer every facility and requirement for babies, toddlers and pre-school children in a loving, caring and safe environment.
We are OFSTED registered and are committed to maintain and improve our facility and raise the standards of childcare.
Our staff are highly qualified and experienced Nursery Nurses trained in all areas of childcare and work within the national standards set out by OFSTED, all staff are pediatric first aid trained and there is a Registered Nurse on site at all times.
At Windmill Hill we understand that every child is individual and the most important addition that any family will care for and love. We therefore appreciate that it is always difficult to leave your child in a new environment with unfamiliar people, but we have the extensive knowledge and experience in helping to make this transition as easy as possible for you and your child.
